Bristol Data Week – Data Driven Research Ideas

Thursday 5th June – 1.30pm-3.30pm

The University of Bristol is holding a hybrid event on Thursday 5th June looking at the potential for data-driven gambling harms research, touching on novel data sources, data linkage, and data analysis tools. The second half of the session will ideate a data-driven gambling harms research agenda. Guest speakers will include Helen Bryce from the UK Gambling Commission, Seb Whiteford talking about Google Trends data, and El Collerton from the Behavioural Insights Team looking at the use of Open Banking data.
