Understanding Gambling Webinar: Family, Loved Ones and Affected Others

With an estimated 7 million people in the UK being impacted by another person’s harmful gambling behaviours we are hosting a half-day webinar designed to bring greater understanding to this important but often unseen issue.

Please join us on February 6th to hear from a range of speakers, each bringing their own insight into what it means to be impacted by a loved one’s gambling. What signs everyone should be aware of looking out for, what support and advice is freely available, and what steps should anyone finding themselves impacted by a loved one’s gambling do to reduce and prevent further harm occurring. Even if you do not think that anyone close to you is causing you harm from gambling it is well worth finding out more about this subject as the odds are that someone you do know is currently being impacted, often without realising this until after terrible harm has been caused, and being equipped with understanding to be able to help them cope may be the best thing you could ever do for them… or for yourself.

This is a free to access webinar, delivered by MS Teams on 6th February 2025, and will run from 9.30am until 1pm.
