EPIC Restart Foundation – Weekly Coaching Session
Thursday 12th September, 12pm
EPIC Restart Foundation run regular weekly coaching sessions designed to provide attendees with ongoing support, connection, and tools needed to help them rebuild life after gambling harm.
“Group coaching calls are a crucial part of our commitment to helping you navigate your journey towards recovery and personal growth. We understand that the path to healing after gambling harm can be challenging, and that’s why we’ve created these sessions to offer you:
🔹 Access to Our Team: Our experienced team is here to guide you, answer your questions, and provide insights that can propel your progress.
🔹 Connection to Others: Joining the calls allows you to connect with fellow individuals who are on a similar journey. Sharing experiences, triumphs, and challenges can foster a sense of belonging and understanding.
🔹 Creating New Habits and Behaviours: Through discussions, activities, and shared experiences, you’ll have the opportunity to develop new habits and behaviours that support your journey to recovery.“
It is open to anyone working within youth services, family services or formal education in Scotland. The session will be delivered by the Scottish Gambling Education Hub, a Fast Forward project.
Throughout the 2.5 hour interactive webinar, we will explore gambling as a public health issue, focusing on current issues affecting children, young people and families.
This week’s session is scheduled for Thursday lunchtime at 12 noon.
